Set for making dumplings

The set of 8 dumpling making tools is made of stainless steel that is durable, solid, easy to use and easy to clean. -Rinse with water shortly after use.

Make a dough for dumplings. We recommend the recipe: (for 50 pieces of dumplings), 2 glasses of krupczatka flour (type: 450); 1 cup of hot water, 0.25 cups of oil, 1 egg yolk. Knead the dough, roll it out with a rolling pin into a thin piece.

First, use the dumpling maker to make a dumpling wrapper (use round molds) or a movable cutter with a handle, then place the wrapper on the foldable dumpling mold. Put some filling on the cake using a spatula, moisten the edges of the wrap with water. Finally, fold and press to perfectly seal the dumpling. Thanks to this, you can easily and quickly make a large number of dumplings.

The set makes it easy to make dumplings, ravioli, fruit cakes, ravioli, puff pastries. As the surface of the product is relatively sharp, use it carefully to prevent cuts.

The set includes: a mobile cutter for the wrapper, forms for dumplings: 9.5 cm in diameter and 7.5 cm in diameter; 2x filling spatulas (16 cm long); round three-piece set for making dumplings: ⌀7.5 cm, ⌀8.5 cm and ⌀9.5 cm, movable cutter.
