Returns within 14 days

Products purchased directly through the store's website are returnable within 14 days from the date of delivery. Products made directly to the customer's order are not eligible for returns.

In the case of mechanical damage, we require a damage protocol written and sent with the courier. We will replace damaged goods with a new one or we will refund the money.

How do I make a return?

Step 1: inform us about the return of the products by sending an e-mail to  sklep@prajo.eu

In the text of the message, be sure to include:

● name and surname

● address

● account number to which we will refund the full amount of the order

● order number

● name of the product being returned

Step 2: Pack the returned product carefully with all accessories. Ensure that the product is complete and does not show signs of use. You can use the carton in which you received the order to pack the return package.

The cost of the return shipment is on your side. Choose a form of return so that will ensure that the product will be returned to us undamaged. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from its receipt.

Guarantees and complaints

All our products are covered by warranty. You are entitled to a complaint under the manufacturer's warranty if the product has a defect (24 months) (unless the warranty period has expired).
