Manual mandolin type vegetable slicer, perfect for gastronomy and at home, when shredding a smaller amount of vegetables.

Characteristics:

-Cutting machine with a V-shaped blade, cuts vegetables easily and quickly,

- Rotary button to adjust the blade position: five gears: 0 position - The blade is at the same level / flat to the cutting surface to avoid injury when touching the V blade. Always make sure that the 0 position is set after use

The other four cutting positions are approximately 1mm, 2mm, 3mm and 4mm.

-Two cutting inserts with 3mm and 6mm Julienne slice knife.
